حامد راد هستم بلاگر و فعال در حوزه مبارزه با سانسور و فیلترینگ اینترنت. فعالیت خود را از سال‌های ابتدایی گسترش اینترنت در ایران آغاز کردم و هدفم ارائه راهکارهایی برای دسترسی آزاد و بدون محدودیت به اینترنت است.
در این وبلاگ به‌صورت مستقل و بی‌طرفانه به معرفی ابزارهای رایگان، امن و قابل اطمینان برای عبور از فیلترینگ می‌پردازم. تمرکز من بر ارائه اطلاعاتی کاربردی برای کاربران پارسی‌زبان است تا بتوانند با حفظ امنیت و حریم خصوصی به محتوای وب دسترسی داشته باشند.
همچنین، من نویسنده «منشور حقوق دیجیتال و آزادی اینترنت در ایران» هستم؛ سندی که تلاش می‌کند چشم‌اندازی روشن بر پایه آزادی، حقوق کاربران و دسترسی بدون تبعیض به اینترنت را برای آینده ایران ترسیم کند. در حالی که مبارزه با فیلترینگ هدف اصلی من در زمان حال است چشم‌انداز من برای فردای ایران آزاد همان چیزی‌ست که در این منشور آمده است.

About Me and the Blog's Mission
My name is Hamed Rad. I am a blogger and an activist focused on combating internet censorship and filtering. I began my work during the early stages of the internet’s expansion in Iran, with the goal of offering practical solutions for free and unrestricted access to the web.
Through this blog, I independently and neutrally introduce free, secure, and reliable tools to bypass internet filtering. My focus is on providing practical information for Persian-speaking users so they can access web content while maintaining their security and privacy.
I am also the author of the "Charter of Digital Rights and Internet Freedom in Iran"—a document that aims to outline a clear vision for the future of the internet in Iran, based on freedom, user rights, and non-discriminatory access. While fighting censorship is my primary mission today, my vision for a free Iran tomorrow is exactly what this charter reflects.
